So How Does it Work?
- We set up access
to your MYOb data file. You can either send us your file and we can work on it in our office or if you need live access to
MYOB yourself then we can either host it on our server (which you can
access via the internet) or we can install MYOB on a mini-server at
your premises that we can access remotely and you can access
directly as well.
- You send us your source documents (bank
statements, bills, invoices etc) via email, fax, scanner or pre-paid
- We process your accounts weekly, monthly or
quarterly as required and then email you any reports.
BAS statements normally lodged electronically.
Does it Cost?
Our standard rate
is $45ph + GST for off-site work and $60ph + GST for on-site
work. There's no setup costs or up-front
fees. We simply send you a convenient
invoice at the end of the month detailing all work done.
Sure Yet if an Online Bookkeeping Service is Right For My Business?
No problem. There's
no contracts to sign. We just ask that you try us for 1
month. If after that you decide that our service is not for
you, then we just pick up any equipment restore your MYOB data
file back to your PC as before. We are
however, that you will be satisfied with our work.
Before we start, we'll assess whether our service is right for your
business and only proceed if we can bring real benefits to your
business. We have in the past declined work where we felt our
service was not the right match.
